Getting started

• Create a free account, then set up your workspace. No credit card is needed for the Free plan.
• Try it first with sample data: explore the demo.
• Read the FAQs.

Signing in

• Forgot your password? Reset it. We'll email you a link.
• No confirmation email? Check your spam folder, then write to us.

Plans and billing

• The workspace owner changes plans, payment methods and invoices under Billing in the app.
• Cancelling, renewals and refunds are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The app

• Install Gelaito on your phone or computer.
• Your workspace is kept online, so you need a connection to load and save.

Your data

• Export your records as CSV or a full backup from Settings at any time.
• The owner can delete the whole workspace in Settings. See the Privacy Policy.
