These terms cover your use of Gelaito, provided by [Operator's legal name] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Gelaito for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

The service

Gelaito is an online workspace for managing customers, finances, tasks and related work. Some features use AI. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.
• Workspace owners control who has access and what role they have. Owners are responsible for the people they invite.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing and has limits (for example 25 active leads and 50 open tasks). No card is needed.
• Solo, Growth and Business are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay; taxes may be added where required.
• Upgrades start straight away and Stripe charges the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
• Enterprise is by written agreement; its terms take precedence where they differ from these.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your records are kept.
• Refunds: [refund policy to be decided by the owner].
• If a payment fails, we'll show a notice and Stripe will retry. If it can't be collected, the workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.
• Plan limits, AI allowances and fair-use limits are described on the pricing page and enforced by the service.

Your data

You own the records you put into Gelaito. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

AI features

• AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Every AI result is a draft for you to review; Gelaito's AI never sends messages, makes payments or deletes anything on its own.
• Solo, Growth and Business include a monthly number of AI credits. Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits, shown before it runs. Monthly credits are issued on your billing date (each month, also on yearly plans), don't carry over, and are used before purchased credits.
• Purchased credits don't expire and aren't removed when your plan renews. They can be used while this workspace is on a plan with hosted AI (Solo, Growth, Business, or Enterprise if your contract allows). If your plan ends, they stay in the workspace and work again when you subscribe. Monthly included credits are used first. Credits can't be transferred to another workspace or exchanged for cash.
• A request that fails or that the AI declines isn't charged. If a credit-pack payment is refunded or reversed, the matching unspent credits are removed.
• Credits have no cash value. We may limit unusually heavy or automated use to protect the service; we'll tell you if we do.

Not professional advice

Gelaito's figures are calculations from the records you enter. Insights, Opportunity Radar items and AI answers are prompts to look closer, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Don't use Gelaito to break the law, send spam, store data you don't have the right to store, attack or overload the service, or try to access other people's workspaces.

Availability

We work to keep Gelaito available and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own exports of anything you can't afford to lose.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
