Cookie Policy
Draft for review. This page hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and items in [square brackets] are still to be filled in. Last updated 2026-11-07.
Gelaito uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items that it needs to work. It doesn't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it doesn't sell data. Questions: help@gelaito.com.
Cookies we set
- Sign-in session (names starting with
sb-): keeps you signed in. Set by our sign-in provider, Supabase, when you sign in, and removed when you sign out. Strictly necessary. - Current workspace (
gelaito_ws): remembers which workspace you have open if you belong to more than one. Strictly necessary.
Storage in your browser
- Preferences (
gelaito.theme,gelaito.sidebar,gelaito.workspace): light or dark mode, whether the side menu is collapsed, and whether you're in the demo. They stay on your device. - Demo workspace: the sample data in the demo is kept in your browser's storage and never sent to us.
- App files: when installed, the app keeps its own files (code, icons, fonts and the offline page) so it opens quickly. It never stores your workspace records there.
Analytics
Gelaito doesn't currently use analytics. If we turn on Vercel Web Analytics for the public marketing pages, it doesn't use cookies, and this page will say so.
Payments
When you pay, Stripe's checkout pages may set their own cookies, for example to prevent fraud. Those are covered by Stripe's policies.
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won't be able to stay signed in. Signing out ends your session and clears Gelaito's stored data in that browser, apart from your theme and demo choices. See also the Privacy Policy.
